Vision Care
For Healthy Eyes
We offer the following suggestions to keep your eyes healthy and your vision in tact.
Be sure to have regular eye exams and screenings to detect any potential problems with your vision even if you don’t wear glasses or contact lenses.
Make sure your diet includes such foods as nuts and berries like raisins, prunes, and blueberries. Eat eggs, vegetables, like spinach, and seafood that contain Omega-3 fatty acids to keep your eyes healthy.
Supplement your diet with vitamins A, C, D, and E, niacin, calcium, selenium and zinc.
Protect your eyes by wearing glasses, reading in well-lit areas and avoiding smoky environments.
Same-day and emergency appointments are available for your convenience. We welcome new patients and most insurance plans. If you have questions, need directions to our office, or would like to schedule a vision exam for yourself or a family member, please call or click here.
